The functions of the head concerns management of the department, personal responsibility for the performance of department tasks, approval functional duties of employees, the publication within their competence orders, organize and control their execution.

In 2011 she was graduated from Bila Tserkva Agriculture University and received basic higher education in the field of "Law" (Bachelor in Law).

According the job description main specialist of the Archival Department provides the plans of the department, conducts work to ensure the preservation and public registration of documents, documents maintenance, their binding and filing, verifies the existence and condition of documents, issues documents to visitors, makes an inventory of documents, conducts of work improvement and processing descriptions, cataloging, performs thematic queries and requests socio-legal nature, keeps records in the archive.
