Mrs. RUBAN Oksana (вorn 1968), graduated from - Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (1990), speciality "Plant Protection"; - Institute of professional development and retraining of managers and specialists of food industry (1999), speciality “Accounting and Audit” Since September 25, 2001 she has been working as Head of Archival Department of Vasylkiv City Council.
